Executive Coaching & Consulting Associates and a principal in the Institute for Business Technology, which has given him access to a wide range of Fortune 500 companies as well as small and mid-sized firms. He is chairman of the Congressional Management Foundation, which has given him an inside perspective on power relationships between elected officials and their staffs, both in Washington and third world legislatures. Ira is adjunct faculty at Georgetown University and the founder of the Followership Learning Community at the International Leadership Association. He was named one of the 100 Best Thinkers on Leadership by Leadership Excellence Magazine.
