According to Kouzes and Posner (2009) “Being forward-looking—envisioning exciting possibilities and enlisting others in a shared view of the future—is the attribute that most distinguishes leaders from nonleaders.”  But how do you do this quickly, not just with one group, but multiple and diverse groups of people in an organization or community?  Grounded Visioning is a new methodology for creating shared vision in diverse group of up to 250 people in organizations and communities in four hours or less. And in in intact teams in two hours or less.

In this fun, interactive workshop you will:

  • Experience the simple power of Grounded Visioning in action

  • Learn the 6 steps of Grounded Visioning from assembling stakeholders, to sharing dreams, and planning next steps

  • Get ready to apply Grounded Visioning by discussing actual case examples and getting your questions answered so you can put Grounded Visioning to work for you

Learn about the 6 steps of Grounded Visioning and case examples of it in action in Jay’s blog post, articles and his new book, Recharge Your Team: The Grounded Visioning Approachpublished  by Praeger.
